Michele N. Adolphe, CEO of Noel Business Group LLC, is a 20 year veteran in community organizing, and spent over 20 years in promoting educational leadership for parents and children in Kings County.Adolphe is founder and president of Brooklyn Institute for Children (BIC) where she has worked for over 18 years. Under Adolphe, BIC has developed into one of the foremost early childhood facilities in Brooklyn.

A graduate of the State University of New York (FIT) with a degree in Management and International Trade and Long Island University with a Master’s of Social Science degree, Adolphe also earned a (CBTE) certified business teacher entrepreneurship designation from Yale University. Adolphe started her career as a NYC high school teacher and later served as Executive Director of The Performing Arts Teen Center, Inc, and sharing Hearts Network Inc. nonprofit organizations. In that capacity, Adolphe was responsible for designing and implementing numerous after school programs that combined the academic needs of youth and their artistic talents.

A product of the Flatbush area of Brooklyn, Adolphe is a proud graduate of Erasmus Hall High School. Her familiarity with this district and her endeavors as a community leader led her to become a surrogate for many political leaders and elected officials.

Since 2000, Adolphe has gained tremendous experience in running political campaigns at City, State and Federal levels. One of her biggest accomplishments was being a member of the 2016 Trump and Pence Campaign where she played a pivotal role in helping elect Donald J. Trump President through her affiliations with the Leadership Institute in VA, the National Diversity Coalition for Trump, as the founder of Empire State Coalition for Trump and a Member of (MASF) Mighty American Strike Force. During the 2016 campaign, Adolphe was deployed to the key battle State of Pennsylvania for groundwork and get out the vote efforts with MASF.

Adolphe is a proven top performer who makes “big picture” decisions to reflect positively in making large-scale community organizing programs a success. She is also a multilingual communicator, fluent in French and Haitian Creole. Additionally, she is an active member of numerous professional and civic associations in and around the Midwood section of Brooklyn where she currently resides.
